• Each item of Sand Lizard clothing is individually customised with your choice of logo and also wording if you have selected this option.
  
• We aim to dispatch all Sand Lizard orders within 28 days of receipt of payment.
  
• We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
  
• Sand Lizard orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s First Class Post and Royal Mail will deliver packages in approximately 1-3 days from the dispatch date.
  
• Sand Lizard friendship bracelets and cufflinks can be dispatched within 3-5 working days but will be dispatched with Sand Lizard clothing orders unless specifically requested.
  
• Out of stock issues – we will inform you about any out of stock issues as soon as possible and you will be offered the opportunity to agree to the delayed delivery time, to change your order or a complete refund.
